Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs are leadership and character-building programs hosted in a school and sponsored by a local Kiwanis Club. Service Leadership Programs show students the importance of service while allowing them to grow in leadership and service to others. Since Kiwanis started Key Club in 1925, millions of students have been inspired to lead lives of service and significance through programs for all ages.

The Texas Ramp Project builds freedom for the homebound by building and providing ramps free of cost for disabled and elderly locals who are unable to leave their homes. In just a few hours, we are able to give them freedom to leave their home again—the home where they want to remain but whose steps have imprisoned them.
Each Christmas, GRAK joins with the Randolph Area Christian Assistance Program (RACAP) to provide food and gifts to local families in need. In a shopping trip at a local store, children are given money to purchase gifts for themselves and their families during the holiday season. Additionally, families are provided groceries to cook holiday meals.
Since 1984, GRAK's largest fundraiser of the year is the Annual Pancake Breakfast. Hosted the same Saturday as the Universal City Veteran's Day Parade, Kiwanians, Key Clubbers, and Builder's Club members join together to serve pancakes to the local area.
GRAK members "Fly the Flags" on federal holidays in the surrounding area by partnering with local businesses. Companies sign yearly contracts to have Kiwanians put out the American flag at their business on related holidays.
